Amana brand has a rich history of creating appliances that changed the American household. From the first side-by-side refrigerator to the first consumer-friendly countertop microwave — they’ve always made sure that when it comes to hassle-free living, the customer always come first.

I supported the project by crafting and ideating landing pages, newsletters, digital banners for the the site and advertisements, developing new iconography, and sourcing stock photography for the blog. I also had the opportunity to own the UX/UI design of the Amana brand timeline.

Amand Brand homepage. When a category is clicked on, a menu opens up with appliance models that consumers can shop.

 

The new look and feel is bold, creative, fresh, and stands out from other appliance brands that tend to lean towards a lighter color palette and don’t utilize illustrative iconography. It’s a nod to their 80+ years of innovation and many more to come.

History timeline landing page. Visitors are encouraged to scroll through each year to read about the brand’s milestones. Upon scrolling, the year navigation will stick to the top of the browser and clicking on a date will jump the visitor down to the dated milestone.
